OUR CLASSES

At Luna Yoga there is something for everyone no matter if you’re new to yoga or someone who has practiced yoga many times before. We offer both in-studio and on-demand classes so you can practice yoga whenever it works for your schedule.

Dynamic Vinyasa - This is an invigorating vinyasa class with strong emphasis on breath to movement. This class will have a little bit of everything from heart opening backbends to stretchy cool downs and will always have an arc or peak experience. While this class is dynamic, we always recommend you make it your own and take what you need from the experience.

Slow Flow - This is a gentle vinyasa class. Prepare to slow things down a notch (or two) and be with your breath and body. The style of this sequencing is designed to give you a deeper more mindful experience. If you are a beginner and are unsure where to start, this is the perfect class for you.

Flow and Restore - This class has a little bit of everything from invigorating movement to gentle stretching. The first bit of the class is vinyasa style to bring energy into the body and the second half consists of restorative shapes to help you relax and unwind bringing complete harmony and balance to the body. Whether you’re new to yoga or have a long-standing practice, this class is for all levels and all are welcome.

Vinyasa - Vinyasa is a breath initiated practice. These classes consist of a fluid, constantly moving sequence with an emphasis on the coming together of breath and movement. Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things and helps us move with intention towards what is sacred. This specific class style is very approachable for beginners.

Ashtanga Primary Series - The Ashtanga primary series is a sequence of postures that inspired modern vinyasa. The intensive physical processes in Ashtanga are all about cultivating mental clarity, mindful breathing, physical strength, flexibility and endurance. This very physical practice also promotes inner peace. We recommend students with a steady yoga practice attend these classes.
