OUR POLICIES

Class Cancellation - We reserve the right to cancel classes without any registrations 2 hours prior to the start of class time. Please sign up ahead of time.

Cancellation/No Show - If a student does not cancel 2 hours prior to the start of class time, they will be charged a $5 late cancel fee. If a student fails to show up for class, they will be charged a $10 ‘no-show’ fee. A student who fails to show up for class and has a 5, 10 or 20 class package will have a class deducted from their package.

Late Arrivals for Class - The studio opens 15 minutes prior to the start of class time. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class starting to give yourself plenty of time to park, check in and find a spot in the yoga room. You will not be allowed to enter the yoga room 3 minutes after class begins. If the class is full, we will only hold reservations until the start of class time. If there is a waitlist, your spot will be given to the next student in line.

Returns and Refunds - All classes are final sale. Returns and refunds are not offered for any drop-in classes, class packs, workshops, gift cards, merchandise, or memberships.

Cell Phones - No cell phones are allowed in the yoga room. Please turn your phone on do not disturb and place it with your belongings in the lobby area. If you are on-call or need your phone for any special circumstances, please discuss with your teacher prior to class starting.

Transfers - all workshops, drop-in classes, class packs and memberships cannot be transferred to another student. These are non-transferable and can only be used by the original student who made the purchase.

Guest Pass Policy - As a Luna Yoga Unlimited Auto-Renew member, you are allowed to bring one new student to LY each month! These students must be brand new to the studio and must be accompanied by you, the member. Prior to class we require that you email us the name and email of your guest, the date, time of the class they wish to attend with you. Once your guest has arrived at the studio we will get them to sign our liability waiver.

Membership Cancellation or Pausing - The following policy is for The Luna Unlimited and The Luna Unlimited for Students/Teachers. We require a 30-day notice to cancel your membership and it must be submitted in writing for our records. Cancelling your membership can only take place after your 3-month minimum commitment has been met. To cancel, please email us at hello@thisislunayoga.com. If you need to pause your membership, you must submit your request in writing to hello@thisislunayoga.com at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle and we will review your request. Reasons for pausing your membership could be medically related, family emergencies, or financial hardships. Pausing your account can only occur after the 3 month minimum commitment as is stated in your membership terms and conditions. Pausing your membership is limited to once every 12 months. The maximum amount of time allotted to pause your membership is 3 months. During the time that your membership is paused, you are not allowed to purchase any other class packages or drop-in classes.

Community Care Policy - Ahimsa is one of the Yamas which is one of the 8-limbs of yoga and it translates to “non-harm”. Ahimsa looks like direct action and community care. Luna Yoga is dedicated to providing a safe space and living our yoga practice. With these values in mind if you are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay home to keep others healthy and safe. Help us do our best to keep folks in our community well, healthy and safe as is our duty as practitioners of yoga.
